Founder and President Ben Swett is a life-long gardener and a former Quaker Oats Brand manager.  Investors and grower partners include a who's who of significant southern California growers: The Paul Ecke Ranch, Monrovia Nurseries, Nuserymen's Exchange, and Altman plants. Most of our full-time employees are recent college graduates. During holidays our work force swells by a factor of 8, with most of the new hires coming from the disadvantaged neighborhoods around our warehouse.

While the people at FloraServ are dedicated to many things, our ultimate goal is the happiness of both you and your customers. We have experience with just about any issue you can come up with, and we would be happy to work with you to create the best combination of excellent service and quality products available.
